- Don't always do stomach exercises. Instead increase your metabolism level. That way you'll burn fat even when you're asleep!
- Find a sturdy object to use or do your sit ups on. A medium-sized yoga ball or the arm of a sofa will work.
- The best way to do sit ups is with your hands crossed against your chest.
